JULY 2010   July 18, 2010       The fan club’s Polish part received help. Besides Justyna there’s now also Anna (anna@thebaseballs-fanclub.com) taking care of questions, suggestions, commendation and criticism, too. We are giving her a warm welcome and looking forward to a great teamwork. Soon you’ll also be able to take a look at the Polish part of this homepage. But it’s still in progress at the moment.       After the last dates in Scandinavia earlier this month and lately in the Netherlands they will finally be back in Germany on Wednesday. All dates are set for October, just check them out right here. >CLICK!<       We’re proud to confide that the second official fan club meeting will take place on July 23, 2010, in Munich. Whoever is interested, may send an e-mail to: aktion@thebaseballs-fanclub.com       To help us, please write “FC Meeting”/”FC-Treffen” in the reference line. You will then get further information concerning this meeting.        The guys themselves won’t be a part of the meeting. This meeting is for fans and it’s all about getting to know other fans, exchanging experiences and just having fun.       But completely without our favorite band seems quite impossible, so we decided to make some sort of competition. 8 lucky fans will win a meet and greet with the guys. We came up with two dates: Munich (July 23, 2010) and Hamburg (September 12, 2010). So, if you’d like to participate just write an e-mail to aktion@thebaseballs-fanclub.com and tell us why you want to attend this meet and greet! The winners will be determined by drawing lots. With immediate effect three new team members are stand by to attend to your questions and wishes and are looking forward to your emails as well as we do. Eva ( eva@thebaseballs-fanclub.com ) will be on the Dutch fan's side, as well as Justyna ( justyna@thebaseballs-fanclub.com ), who will henceforth take care for the Polish fans. Last but not least enriches Sandra ( sandra@thebaseballs-fanclub.com ) our team for the future, who will come to the aid of Martina und Jasmin with the FC-work in Austria. We are looking forward to a good cooperation with the new team members!   Also the Dutch and the Polish fanclub page will be online here shortly. It's woth keeping an eye on.   The first concerts of the German Strike live Tour 2010 are still behind us. We had great fun and are looking forward to the next concerts of the guys here in Germany in July. But afore we are wishing the Swedish and Finnish fans a lot of fun on their concerts! Thanks guys! :)    Unfortunately the concert is Oslo (Norway) has been deferred from 18.6.2010 to the 02.10.2010!     MAY 2010 24.May 2010   On the official homepage you will for some time find some pictures and a report about the bestowal of the gold record, that took place on 04.May 2010 in Hamburg. Just have a look.   The debut album of our guys made it to be #1 in the Itunes store in the UK. Congratulaions!   Tomorrow the long awaited moment will finally arrive: also in Germany we do have the pleasure to join the Strike - Live - Tour and so to witness a surely terrific show of The Baseballs. >Here< you can find all dates. We are curious and are looking forward to it! By the way the start of the tour will be tomorrow evening in the Löwensaal in Nuremberg. We wish everybody who will visit one of the concerts a lots of fun! Hopefully we will meet ;) At the moment the guys are diligently tweeting and also are delivering some insight into their everyday life to us. Don't miss it!   Mar 2010, 25th With immediate effect, Theresa and Lisa will resume the administration of our fanlcub. Except this, there will be no inconvenience concerning the membership or any other changes.   Mar 2010, 18th �          The secret is disclosed: The secret concert will take place on 04.05. in Hamburg! Just click on the banner on the right and have a look what's new.   Mar 2010, 4th The Baseballs won the ECHO in the category "Bester Newcomer National" and therefore stood up to competitors like Daniel Schuhmacher or Eisblume.
